ABOUT NBY

Natalie Beckham
I went to my very first yoga class at the beginning of 2010 as a new year’s resolution to try something new and I was hooked straight away!
It is no exaggeration to say practicing yoga completely changed my life- it improved my wellbeing, strength and flexibility (both mentally and physically).
I am passionate about sharing the benefits I have experienced from yoga with others, and that is what led me to embark on my 500hr teacher training diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2015.
My aim is to provide people with the opportunity to experience how good their bodies are meant to feel regardless of shape, size, age, flexibility or previous yoga experience.
I enjoy practicing both Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga and feel that the two styles of yoga complement each other well. Both styles are reflected in my own teaching. My classes are hatha yoga taught with a vinyasa flow influence where possible, suitable for all, with a focus on building strength and flexibility both physically and mentally.
I look forward to meeting you on the mat and accompanying you on your yoga journey: whatever stage you are at!

A THANK YOU FROM NATALIE!
A big thank-you must go to all of my teachers (past, present, and indeed future!) for their ongoing enthusiasm, guidance and encouragement. Without you I would never have progressed on my own yoga journey, and indeed would never have trained to teach in order to share the wonders of yoga with others. Ursula Olafisoye, Katarina Arnold, Wendy Haigh, Deena Davis and Lee Monk all deserve a personal mention, along with all of my fellow yogis who as a community continue to both inspire and support me. Namaste! x
